“It is a really cool tour but you are not allowed to bring your phone to take any pictures during the trip because they have their own photographer and the offer is over 40 Dollar per person for the photopackage which feels like a total rip off. Also EVERYONE is asking for tips and extra money, which is really not ok, since the package should cover all the services. Insurance package comes extra, sodas come extra for the lunch etc. Etc. We were still happy that we did it but it could be better organized. Shout-out to our driver Nachiin Alvarez, he was incredibly nice and gave us great recommendations…”

“There are SO many extra fees that they add on once you get there. they offer a photo package for 35usd per person and then an extra 25 if you want video. The employee also charged me more than he should’ve and due to their being no service you won’t know until you leave and then they just won’t contact you back. very uncoordinated as well and you are rushed in every activity. they told us to get out shortly about 15 minutes after we entered the cenote. They wanted us to leave with a group that didn’t pay for as many activities we did, so we were on there…”
