“Viator failed to deliver our names and when we arrived at the pick up spot they didn’t have us on their list. Almost took off without us until I asked again and they asked to see an email. Viator do better, although I’m sure because of your mistake I would have gotten a refund.”

“The ATV, zip lining & Cenote was great! Our tour guide made it super fun. However, if you an animal lover do not do the horse riding. I don’t think this should apart of the experience at all. The horses could be looked after better, so unfortunately this ruined it for me. Also quick note: take water shoes, tevas etc. A waterproof phone case if you have one. You can buy all of this on the day if not!”
