At Jerez’s Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, you’ll watch 6 to 8 choreographies in a 90-minute to two-hour show. Expect classical dressage, Doma Vaquera, carriage driving, work in hand, and a final carrousel, all set to Spanish music and 18th-century costumes.
